Materials required

* 2 cups spinach cut
* 1/4 cup sliced ​​onion
* 10 to 12 garlic cloves finely chopped
* 1 tbsp corn floor
* 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
* 1 sharp leaf
* 2 cups water
* Pepper to taste (powdered)
* Salt to taste
* 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Method of making

1.  Heat the butter in a pan and fry it with a sharp leaf. Then add finely chopped garlic and fry till light brown.
2. Then add onion in pan and fry till medium heat is soft.
3. Now add sliced ​​spinach, black pepper and salt to the onion and stir with a spoon.
4. Mix corn flour in spinach and mix, then pour water into pan and stir well with spinach.
5. Cook on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes until the spinach comes to a boil.
6. Then add cumin powder in spinach and mix, and turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
7. Then remove the sharp leaf, and grind it with a hand blender or in a mixer.
8. If the soup looks thick, add a little more water to it.
9. To heat the soup once again, put it on gas and heat on slow-medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
10. Healthy and tasty spinach is garlick soup ready.
