Do not force hygiene into a habit, observed in health units

District Quality Assurance Advisor, Dr Arif Beg said that on the occasion of 'Global Hand Washing Day', health units were taught about washing hands in various ways. He said that washing hands is only part of awareness for health.

Everyone should keep these small things in mind for health. Use soap every time to wash your hands. Get a good start with your family by keeping your hands clean.
Dr Beg said that patients, including doctors, medical officers and other staff, were given a hand wash demo on all health units. He said that everyone must wash hands before and after eating food because germs are attached to dirty hands. We should adopt good habits in life because healthy people build good society.
Hospital manager of district women's hospital, Dr Darksha, says that when we go out, we touch a lot of things on which germs thrive.

Therefore, whenever you come home from outside, wash your hands when necessary. If there is no water available for hand washing, there are many product alternatives in the market that allow you to keep your hands clean. It has hand sanitizer, wipes and special tissue paper etc.
